Return Policy

In the event of a return, we offer two options.

1-Lovely. Customers can choose store credit and we will cover the cost of the return shipping label.

2-Lovely. Customers can choose a refund and the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from the total refund amount.

In the event of an exchange, Lovely. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs and Lovely will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item(s). All exchanges via USPS must be mailed within 7 days of the date you start your exchange process. Please email us your tracking number as soon as you send your package. This will begin your exchange process.

Customers have 5 days from the delivery date on eligible items to initiate a return/exchange. Once the return label has been issued, the customer has 7 days to ship item(s) being returned. Refunds/store credit/exchanges will be issued/shipped upon receiving returned items. If the returned items are not in ‘purchased condition’ (unworn, free of smells, no stains etc), with tags, the customer will receive a refund of 50% of the purchased price.

Items marked as *FINAL SALE are not eligible for refund or return.

Sale prices will not be adjusted on prior purchases.
